3D Repo is proud to announce that we have achieved the Cyber Essentials Certificate of Assurance. Cyber Essentials is a Government-backed scheme that was created to protect organisations against a range of the most common cyber-attacks. Our certification of this scheme is there to give peace of mind that our security defences will protect against the vast majority of common cyber-attacks.
Cyber Essentials is jointly owned by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), a part of GCHQ, and the Department of Digital Media and Sport (DCMS).
3D Repo was also one of the first BIM platforms to become ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified when we achieved certification through BSI back in 2019. ISO international standards give consumers confidence that those products are safe, reliable, and of good quality. Achieving the Cyber Essentials Certificate of Assurance further demonstrates our commitment to data security at 3D Repo.
The Cyber Essentials Scheme is based on the most important 5 technical controls which include access control, secure configuration, software updates, malware protection, and firewalls and routers. For more information on data residency and security at 3D Repo read the full blog here.
