Customer Account Manager

Full-time | London, UK | £35-45k base salary + commission + equity + pension

3D Repo is looking for a highly-motivated sales professional to join our award-winning team. Our ideal candidate is someone looking for a challenging sales role within the construction software industry who has proven ability in the full sales life-cycle. Past experience of software / technology sales is essential and prior experience within the construction or CAD/BIM software industry would be desirable.

You will be reporting to both the Commercial Director directly and working closely with our award‐winning and highly skilled engineering team here in the UK.


  • Managing customer accounts
  • Qualifying new opportunities
  • Securing demonstrations/meetings with key decision makers

  • Consulting with prospects to define solution and create proposal

  • Business / Engineering/ Construction related degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 year sales experience in a B2B software environment
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Proven ability to close new business
  • Ability to network and communicate at all levels of business
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and driven
  • Extremely well organised
  • Ability to work autonomously
